1. Completed Visa Application Form
2. Completed and signed visa application form- will be sent to you.   Fully filled out and signed.
3.  A valid Passport – copy of the bio-data page to be submitted in the first instance. The passport must be valid for the period of intended stay in Jamaica.   Can be handwritten or typed (check specific embassy instructions).
4.  Ensure that all details match your passport exactly.

• Must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your intended stay
•   At least one blank visa page.
•  If you have previously traveled to Norway, kindly include a copy of your current or previous passport, specifically the pages showing the Norway visas and the relevant immigration entry stamps. Include copies of the bio page and any previous Norway visa (if applicable).

•  Typically 2 recent color photos(No glasses, neutral expression)
• One passport-sized photograph.
• A letter of invitation from a person or organization in Norway (if applicable)

•  Round-trip flight reservation (not always required to be paid upfront)
•  Travel dates and duration of stay
• Confirmation of accommodation reservation, flight booking, and travel itinerary (will be provided for you) if traveling for tourist purposes
• Accommodation booking or invitation letter with address in Norway

1. Recent bank statements (typically the last three to six months) demonstrating sufficient funds to cover your stay.
2. ⁠⁠6 months bank statement (along with reference letter from the bank)
3. An Introductory letter or leave letter from your employer or school, or an identification card where necessary, with a self-introductory letter- a template will be provided
4. Payslips or employment letter (if employed)
5. If self-employed, evidence of your business, i.e., registration documents and bank statements.
6. Sponsor letter and their financial documents (if someone is paying for your trip)
7. If sponsored by an individual in Norway, evidence of their immigration status (e.g., copy of their passport) and proof of financial status.
8. In the case of a business visit, please provide recent evidence of correspondence with the organization in Norway and a letter of invitation.
9. In the case of minors, a birth certificate must be presented, as well as a letter of consent from parents, if travelling with a guardian. If traveling with a spouse, a marriage certificate is required.

i. For non-citizens residing in a different country: copy of residency permit/visa

II. Proof of re-entry (e.g., visa to return to your home country)

1.  Tourism: Hotel booking, tour bookings
2. Business: Letter from your employer and an invitation from a Jamaican business partner
3. Family Visit: Invitation letter from host + copy of their ID/passport/residence permit
4. Student Visa: Letter of acceptance from school + proof of payment
5. Proof of address (rental receipt, utility bill)
6. A Letter of Authorization signed by the applicant will be provided.
7.  For long stays or certain types of visas (Indicate)
8. . Medical Certificate or Vaccination Records (if applicable)
9. Required for long-stay or student visas (e.g., yellow fever vaccination).
10. Travel Medical Insurance – valid across the Schengen zone, ≥ €30,000 covering medical emergencies and repatriation

1. Visitor Visa: Adult and children(over 12 years, single or multiple entries): €90.
2. Visitor visa for children between 6 and 12 years(single or multiple entries):€45

1. Adult: N350,000
2. Child: N184,000
