Australia – Work, Live & Study (Part Sponsorship Program)

1. Must be original with at least two blank pages.
2.  Should be valid for the entire duration of your intended stay in Australia

 If you have previously traveled to Australia, kindly include a copy of current or previous passport, specifically the pages showing the Australia visa and the relevant immigration entry stamps. Include copies of the bio page and any previous Australia visa (if applicable)

 The original application form must be submitted.

• Two recent passport-sized photograph, taken within the last six months.

• Must meet specific photo specifications outlined by the embassy

Confirmed hotel bookings for the entire duration of your stay in Australia.

A detailed flight itinerary showing entry and exit from Australia.

1. Recent bank statements (typically the last three to six months) demonstrating sufficient funds to cover your stay.
2. ⁠⁠6 month s bank statement (10M and above, along with reference letter from the bank)

1. A detailed day-by-day itinerary of your planned activities in Australia.
2. Round-trip flight reservation (not always required to be paid upfront)
3.  Travel dates and duration of stay
4.  Confirmation of accommodation reservation, flight booking and travel itinerary (will be provided for you) if traveling for tourist purposes
5.  Accommodation booking or invitation letter with address in Australia.
6.  Proof of accommodation in Australia (e.g., hotel reservation).

1. If employed: A letter from your employer stating your position, salary, and approval of leave.
2. If self-employed: Business registration documents and tax clearance certificates.
3. If a student: A letter from your educational institution confirming your enrollment and approved leave.

Any other documents requested by the embassy during the application process

1. Business: Letter from your employer and an invitation from an Australia business partner.
2. Family Visit: Invitation letter from host + copy of their ID/passport/residence permit.
3. Student Visa: Letter of acceptance from school + proof of payment.
4. Proof of address (rental receipt, utility bill).
5. A letter of Authorization signed by the applicant will be provided.
6. For long stays or certain types of visas (Indicate).
7. Medical Certificate or Vaccination Records (if applicable).
8. Required for long-stay or student visas (e.g., yellow fever vaccination).
9.  ⁠Appointment booking fees (depends on the country).
10. Documents of Land, Car or House (IF any).
11.  Copies of previous travel history (IF any).

Note:   We will share draft template letters with you, review your application, your account statement and letters once you draft yours.

The processing period takes about 6 to 7 months, could be less or more. For priority visa application, there is an additional charge depending on the type.

Do not purchase tickets until your visa is approved.
