At BluePulse, we understand that sometimes plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent, providing you with clear information about refunds and cancellation fees.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to booking@bluepulsetraveltours.com or through your online account. Refunds will be processed within 14-21 business days after approval.

Special Circumstances

Medical Emergencies

If you need to cancel due to a medical emergency, you may be eligible for a full refund or travel credit. Medical documentation may be required.

Travel Insurance

If you have purchased travel insurance, you may be covered for cancellations. Please check your policy and contact your insurance provider directly.

Travel Credits

In some cases, instead of a refund, you may receive a travel credit that can be used for future bookings within 12 months from the cancellation date.

Important Notes

Cancellation fees are calculated based on the total booking amount, excluding any non-refundable deposits or fees paid to third-party suppliers.

Some bookings may have special cancellation terms. Please review your booking confirmation for specific cancellation policies.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the booking. Processing times may vary by payment provider.
